It’s good to know that introductory videos can help assure potential customers that you are a trustworthy business. My uncle would like to open a locksmith business, but he needs to find a way to make his website look more credible since it is mostly empty. It makes sense that an introductory video can be used to assure potential customers that you run a legitimate and trustworthy business. I remember my brother mentioning that he would like to open a cleaning service, but he needs to establish credibility online since customers will need to provide their address. I’ll let him know that a promotional video will help his customers understand that his services are safe.

I find the “How-To” videos as effective traffic generators to a website (“,) Most viewers browse the web for answers/solutions to the problems/needs. When they can’t do the remedy on their own, that’s the time they jump to “Product Videos” to look for suitable products which can (really) provide great results.

As an online consumer, I am really interested to know the person behind the product so that I can have the confidence that he is the real deal. Although some internet marketers use videos to provide instructions on how to use their products, in my opinion, showing their faces in their videos matter a lot to online consumers like me.
