What currency do you charge in? (Pricing Policy)
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable – please also note we occasionally update prices due to demand, fulfilment costs and/or currency fluctuations.
When are physical orders shipped? (Shipping Policy)
We deliver products throughout Australia and worldwide via our fulfillment provider www.vervante.com. Please note: They are based in the United States and ship via US mail domestically and via First Class Airmail internationally. Please note all products include shipping costs worldwide and as such there’s no additional shipping charge – unless clearly stated otherwise. In the rare circumstances where shipping may apply, shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 5-28 days depending on your location – please remember packages are posted from California, USA.
How does it all work – what’s the ordering process?
For physical products (home study courses, etc.) – After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from us containing your order detail – typically sent within a few minutes of ordering. We will then send your goods via US mail domestically or via First Class Airmail, depending on your location. Your package should arrive within 5 – 28 working days. What if you need additional support? (Customer Service Policy)
Melbourne SEO Services is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products (click here to see our company values). We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 5-28 business days depending on your location. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
What happens if you’re not happy? (Refund Policy)
For digital and physical goods (home study courses) - We offer a full 90 day no questions asked refund policy, even if you simply change your mind or decide the product is not right for you. Quite franking, if you’re not happy, we’re not happy.
For Services – Most of our services offer a full refund if they do not perform as promised. Refund policies are clearly stated on their individual service pages under ‘Our Guarantee’. There are a few exceptions (consulting, one-on-one coaching and keynote speaking) where we can’t offer a refund – the current policies are clearly stated on these services’ pages for your reference.
