I’ve talked previously about blog networks over here, but let’s go a little farther. You’ve found the right blog network for you and your business and you’re ready to get going – but what are you going to post?

Blog postings and articles can be a great way to help your SEO if done correctly. After you’ve created or procured articles for your ezine submissions and article directory submissions, you can move on to blog network postings. These don’t need to be quite as detailed or ‘high quality’ as the previous articles, but you’ll still want to make sure you’re not posting crap.

As with your previous articles, PLR, or Private Label Rights, can be a great help in this area. Again, as long as you have good and relative content, you should be on the right track.

You can take previously written articles (or longer articles that you’ve written yourself) and break them into parts and pieces with each one becoming its own blog network posting. A total of fifty to one hundred overall posts should do the trick, again, as long as the material is relevant and pertains to the keywords you want to rank for.

Once you’ve got your blog network postings written, you’ll want to link them – but don’t do it all directly to your money site. Use the trickle-down effect – link some into your money site, sure, but link plenty also to your previous articles that you’ve submitted to different article directories or to ezines. Since these will be linked back to your money site, you’re increasing your presence on the web, helping to drive traffic as well as good, natural SEO ranking.

There are some great places online where you can get the content for these blog network postings that are just waiting to be broken from one big chunk of gold into smaller nuggets. Jason Potash has Portal Feeder; Marc Lindsay has one called AMA and another one we like is call Unique Article Wizard.

Any of these can get you started on the right track with content for your blog network postings. And when you’re ready to go to the next level, check out our training courses and we’ll show you how the pros do it 🙂

Whoops… not that kind of “pro”.
