It makes sense that an introductory video can be used to assure potential customers that you run a legitimate and trustworthy business. I remember my brother mentioning that he would like to open a cleaning service, but he needs to establish credibility online since customers will need to provide their address. I’ll let him know that a promotional video will help his customers understand that his services are safe.
